As said, winter, excluding the holiday season, can stimulate depression. However, there is a reason women buy shoes: THEY ARE JUST SOOO PRETTY and happy and nice and ahhhhhhh...
I prescript loads of insane shoe shopping! Let yourself go and get stalked for spring/summer + the ball season is still not over;)
